Three of the five specimens of C. quieta below don't show the brown dashes on the termen. https://bold-au.hobern.net/specimens.php?taxid=149297 On iNaturalist the specimens with clear black dots on fore and hinwings seem to show the dashes, those without prominent dots apprently do not. Sexual dimorphism perhaps?
Cenochlora quieta could be a good match except that this moth has a reasonably intact fringe on both the fore and hindwings but lacks the brown dashes along the termen seen on most specimens.
Cenochlora quieta seems correct, there is a hint of what was described as “Abdomen light blue-green, with white on posterior segments”. In most images the white shows up as dots.
